Shipping of art within the Netherlands is free.
I hope of course that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you still want to return something, you can do so under the following conditions:
Non-personalized products: Only products that are not personalized can be returned.
Timeframe: Please ensure your return reaches me within 14 days.
Register return: before you return something, you must first register this with me. This can be done via an e-mail to info@plukje.design. This way I know that I can expect your return.
Costs: You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
Complaints: if you are dissatisfied with your product or have a complaint, I would of course like to hear from you. Report this within 1 month of receipt. Send an e-mail to info@plukje.design and give as detailed a description as possible of the shortcoming. Together we will look for a suitable solution!
